Villa Calendula 4 bedroom and private pool

The property was immaculate. Our host Antonella was exceptional, with great communication throughout. She even went to the trouble of getting some food/drink supplies in for us due to our late flight arrival and visited more than one supermarket to get our requested items. The villa really does have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And it seems they have thought of absolutely everything. Usually we have to nip out for various bits and bobs (bottle opener, dishwasher tablets etc) but they had absolutely everything you would need. We were told that the pool was not heated prior to arrival but it was lovely and warm regardless (no doubt cooler in winter months). It’s a 15 mins walk to the Marina and taxi home was generally around €3 so considering it was a Villa with all the extra private amenities it’s still within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and bars.

Only downside was upstairs rooms can get hot without air con, it really wasn’t a problem for us as most nights we had a cool breeze and simply opened a window or two to cool down.

The Villa is lovely and the hosts also, great communication and extremely helpful and friendly. The villa has all needed, pool is lovely and its about a 10 minute walk to supermarket, bars & restaurants, air con upstairs would be good but it didnt take away from the property. We had a great time.

Fantastic villa home from home fully equipped with everything you could possibly need comfy beds nice outside space and pool, lovely owner who was always on hand when needed highly recommended and we will definitely book again
