Struttura esterna molto ben attrezzata con diversi tavoli,angolo relax, lettini funzionali. Piscina molto apprezzata. Posizione ottima vicino a supermercato, bar ristoranti e soprattutto una passeggiata molto bella con vista su oceano verso il centro di Playa Blanca. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la tranquillità e la privacy del posto. Molto comoda la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge di Papagayo.
L’unica pecca riguarda l’attrezzatura della cucina, soprattutto le pentole, un po’ datata e rovinata.

Great Location, close to local supermarket bars and cafes for breakfast and lunch and you can walk along the sea front to Rubicon Marina takes about 30 mins. Spacious outdoor areas for relaxing and sunbathing, lovely pool wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you Alex we will be back :)

Lage ist toll, großzügiger Außenbereich, nette und freundliche Servicekräfte für Handtuch- und Betten-Wechsel jede Woche. Nähe zum schönsten Strand der Insel, dem Papagayo-Strand
Nur ein Badezimmer, alles etwas renovierungsbedürftig, in die Jahre gekommen. Fernseher sehr klein und FB defekt, bei der hinteren Eingangstüre ist/war der Rahmen zur Hälfte aus der Wand gebrochen.

The swimming pool and the seating area outside was quite a pleasure. The barbecue was a treat and we spent most evenings outside
We found that the property was very basic. Upon our arrival we were quite disappointed to find that there wasn’t even water or toilet paper in the house. For the whole duration of our stay, which was 14 nights, we saw the cleaning maids once and only for linen change. There were no cleaning materials in the house whatsoever and I’m sorry to say that I’m not prepared to buy the basic needs that a holiday let should provide. I just feel that the house was a let down
