Well equipped kitchen and good wifi - clean and comfortable.Generally quiet location.

Occasional neighbours barking dog. A small "welcome pack" would have been appreciated - small amount of milk tea coffee bottled water.

A very comfortable property. Quiet location with short walk to local supermarket, bars etc. If you enjoy walking, easy to reach Marina along coastal path. Also easy to reach Papagayo beach by foot. Clean, tidy, and private property with good outdoor space. Reliable internet. It has a good oven and microwave which is not common in my experience. Taxi rank a short walk and easy to get a taxi to the old town for less than 5 euros. My wife was ill for most of the holiday and having a comfortable property made this easier to deal with. The artwork (photographic) was very interesting. Overall, I would recommend if you don't need a property in the centre of the action.

Finding the property is a tad difficult. Make sure you have a precise address and "what 3 words" would be helpful. Rather unpredictable time for handover and return of keys. Excellent hob but you may need to resort to YouTube to get instructions to use it. Hopefully the corkscrew will be replaced because it was a challenge to use the one left for us. Stairs to bedrooms are a tad tricky to negotiate at night.

The accomodation had everything we needed to enjoy our holidays. It was a short walk away from the local supermarket and restaurants, and about 600 meters from the wonderful Playa Muyeres. Thank you Orlando.
