It is less than 200 m from ‘The Village’ with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and 2 km away you can find Marina Rubicón and the main shopping area 3 km mall. Bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. Great peaceful location. The villa has all you need, spacious both inside and outside with a nice pool. Contact with the property management company before & during the stay was great. The small fee for the early check-in was well worth the money. There are a few restaurants, bars & shops within a 2-minute walk.

The villas in this Residencial are with great location - near to the supermaket, near to the beach; and the same time are in very relaxed area. Fully equipment, you can decide on your own either to feel like at home, or to go out to eat in near-by restaurants. The pool is private, depending on the weather is even heated! Highly reccomend the villas!

Villa Valentina - Great location , close to supermarket, bar and restaurants. Nearby beautiful promenade that leads to the marina where there are many restaurants, cafes,, shops and further to Playa Blanca center. Beautiful walk.
We had own parking space.
The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, we did not lack anything.
We had two bathrooms with toilets and three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable.
Great was swimming pool.
Although the equipment of the villa is older, it fulfilled its function and there was no problem with anything
