This spectacular villa is located in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote, 500 meters from the nearest beach and a 15-minute walk from the beautiful unspoiled beaches of Papagayo. It is less than 200 m from ‘The Village’ with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and 2 km away you can find Marina Rubicón and the main shopping area 3 km mall. Bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. Villa Cangrejita has 3 bedrooms, a private pool (Heated Optional for 14 euros per day **Dear Guest we need to know at least 2 days before arrival **), a 400 m plot with a private garden,2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terraces, hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, coffee maker, patio furniture, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, cot, high chair, and AirConditioning it works with a Coin-operated Air Conditioning Limiter. 5 minutes away, you will find the Coloradas Shopping Centre where there are several shops, restaurants, and bars. The Playa Blanca harbor is a 20-minute walk on the beach and you can snorkel and windsurf. In front of the complex, there is a park with a playground a shopping Center with a supermarket and cafés with free Wi-Fi, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and many services like taxis and buses. The boardwalk is about five minutes away. You can reach the Marina, an entertainment complex with shops, bowling, and restaurants. If you are looking for sports, then you have Playa Dorada, with a variety of activities. Nice Villa in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants and bars.(El Lagar de Baco restaurant was very good). Villa was comfortable with a lovely pool ( we paid for pool heating which was great ). Good sun loungers.Shaded area for sitting out. 30 minute walk to the excellent Marina via very pleasant promenade. Lots of nice restaurants and bars Instructions and videos to get to Villa and parking space very good and helpful.Excellent customer service. I contacted them on two occasions on a couple of queries and had immediate replies and prompt action.Having your own car would be helpful but there were local bus stops just a few minutes walk away and also taxis.Overall , very enjoyable holiday , excellent value and sad to leave.

The villa 4 is really gorgeous! The killer! Location , comfort, equipment, the host!!! Do not forget the private pool! The best place to stay in Lanzarote!!!

Alle Türen klemmen; die Blendläden kann nur ein Mann zuziehen, da die Laufschienen total verrostet sind;
in der Küche gibt es ein Miniameisenproblem bis in den Kühlschrank; schöne Terrasse, super Pool. Leider wird trotz Bezahlung die Temperatur immer heruntergestellt; wem 26-27 Grad reichen, ist das perfekt. Küche hat alles, was man braucht; Mobiliar ist alt und abgewohnt, aber die Betten sind in Ordnung. Kontakt ist super freundlich, solange man nichts zu beanstanden hat. Dann wird es etwas pampig. Die Reinigung alle 7 Tage kann schon mal 10 Tage werden. 10 Minuten einschl. Betten beziehen. Jede Hausfrau weiß, was das bedeutet. Terrasse, auch die kleine, auf der man frühstückt, wird gar nicht gereinigt. Wir waren 4 Wochen da. Wechselhandtücher sind keine da. Kommen die alle 10 Tage zum Reinigen, muss man auch die Handtücher solange benutzen, was nicht sehr hygienisch ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zum Supermarkt sind es 200 Meter. Will man zur Marina oder gar nach Playa Blanca ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Der Fernseher muss gefühlte 30mal nach dem Einschalten neu gestartet werden. Wenn man Glück hat läuft er dann den Abend durch. X-mal gemeldet, hat aber keinen gestört. Also eine halbe Stunde vor z.B. den Nachrichten anfangen den Fernseher einzuschalten.
