If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Clean property with good facilities. A couple of minor repair issues but these were rapidly sorted. A property guide would have been useful and is usual when we’ve rented previous properties. This is a 20 minute walk to the town which we didn’t mind although it was very windy during our stay. The big supermarket(Hippodino) is just a 10 minute walk. There is also a good Indian restaurant by the supermarket and bar if you want to stay local. If you arrive early before check in the bar (business centre) has a luggage hold facility so you can drop off bags and go into town. Although it could be windy the villa was sheltered so we could sunbath in comfort.

The property was adequate for our needs . Some of the facilities were a little tired . We needed to contact the manager for two major issues ,the main shower hose wasn’t working it was split so was useless.The barbecue was broken so was unusable. These issues once raised were resolved quite quickly, within a week but obviously not being able as a family to shower was a difficult task, it highlighted that to me the management company hadn’t completed a pre let inspection? We accept that nothing is perfect but these issues were basic, the pool cover was a real pain to operate as the 2 Of the 4 roller straps were broken. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and pots and pans .Our son and daughter in law couldn’t sleep on the upstairs mattress as it was so basic and uncomfortable.
