La ubicación del apartamento muy buena, una zona muy tranquila. El apartamento está bien sobre todo la terraza se puede aprovechar con buen y mal tiempo ya que está resguardada del viento.

El alojamiento no estaba muy limpio. Las almohadas estaban con manchas, las sabanas no cuadraban con ellas, tuvimos que pedir unas nuevas (la chica que vino muy maja trajo nuevas sabanas y almohadas). El baño no estaba limpio, había muchas cosas en la casa que estaban medio rotas. No perjudican demasiado para pasar una semana pero por el precio que se paga no está de más ( los cojines de la sala seguían con etiquetas, varios cubiertos estaban rotos, la tostadora rota, el sofa de fuera y de dentro con manchas...).

Excellent location and lovely pool area with new outside furniture.

Very poor communication with host. Arrived in lanzarote and still had to chase access code for keys. Several issues with property, some were addressed promptly (like broken shower and outside light), some were totally ignored (unable to open shutters in downstairs bedroom and kitchen - fire risk). Some of the bedding had not been laundered, stains on blankets, not enough crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. Arrived and no welcome hamper (other properties in area provide this as standard). Not a problem if nearby shop still open but if arriving after 10pm could be an issue as not even a bottle of water provided). Lots of added extras, you pay 84e to have pool heated, another 84e for a late check - adds to cost of accommodation. Lots of marks on furniture, and cleanliness not what you would expect for villa of this price point (sticky marks on doors etc, fluff balls under beds etc) Having to pay either 300e deposit or £84e damage waiver - I’ve never had to pay this on other properties in the area.
