Its wonderfully positioned, a short distance from the marina and the villa is huge! Lots of room for everyone & the outside area was nice too. Pool was a little on the smaller side compared to the size of the villa, but worked for us having smaller children. BBQ is great, air con throughout - wonderful.
Outside shower was a little smelly, a lot of construction work ongoing - But not really a bother, workers were respectful and it was quite interesting to watch. There is plenty of room for a little more facilities - Like a pool table / Table tennis / maybe even a small indoor gym - This would make it a 10/10

The villa is wonderful! It is beautifully maintained with just about everything you need for a week of summer serenity.
The second room downstairs is missing aircon and this was our only criticism of the property.

Property spacious and hand all utensils
Could have told us building works around the property, which when trying to enjoy outside not nice hearing drill hammers .
