The gated complex felt very safe.
Very spacious villa, didn't feel cramped at all for 6 adults and 2 children
Pool was a good size and not too cold at all!
Staff were easily contactable and quick to reply
Cleaning products provided for stay
Very good value villa
Broken bed in master bedroom - fixed on second day, just annoying for the first night!
Safe didn't work, staff couldn't fix it when contacted!
Pool wasn't cleaned - staff asked for photos to be submitted and after that somebody came to clean it.
Only AC in the lounge and master bedroom. Could have done with being provided with fans for the other 3 bedrooms as they get very hot!

The villa is big and has 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For the money we paid it was excellent value. We stayed in villa 42. It was a short 5 minute walk to the bus into Playa Blanca, a taxi back was under €5. The pool was cleaned twice when we were there, the pool and area around the pool is lovely.
The furniture is a bit tired and needs replacing, also there are not enough seats for a villa that can sleep 8.
