Spacious well equipped clean villa, in a well maintained residential area. very quiet neighbourhood perfect place to relax & chill out. We were lucky with weather so enjoyed most of our time in the villas wonderful exterior including a great bbq. The villa enjoys a sunny position but does also have some shade. In addition to nice pool it was great to have table tennis & pool table.
7 minute walk to small commercial centre which has several nice places to eat & drink plus pharmacy & supermarket and you can also take an enjoyable 25 minute walk around a promenade to rubicon marina with lots of restaurants and shops
The villa has great views of the mountains of the local national park from which you have access to lovely beaches playa papagayo and playa mujares which can be reached in 10 minutes drive albeit along a bumpy road
