Villa in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote - Close To Beach And Shops
Villa Caminantes,is Vv registered and NRA registered. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with air conditioning and a separate dining room; as well as a private garden and pool and its own allocated parking space. The property is situated in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca which is next to the unspoilt Papagayo beaches. There is a shopping area less than 5 minutes walk away with a supermarket, a great Tapas restaurants, cafe/snack bars, a children's playground, bike hire & other shops. The upmarket Marina Rubicon is a 25 minute stroll away along the seaside promenade, where you will find many more shops, bars and restaurants including Casa Carlos which is great for steaks. Just past the Marina Rubicon is the popular Dorada Beach offering lots of water-sports. Playa Blanca town is approx 1.5 miles from the villa and has many shops and restaurants. A taxi ride there costs about 5 euros or there is a regular bus service.

Outside: There is a garden with plants and trees, and a large sun terrace with sunbeds,BBQ (please clean after use), and table and chairs.Please make sure you remove all picon from shoe soles before re entering into the villa,as the picon will damage the interior tiled floor. Private heated pool. Utility Room: There is a washing machine and clothes dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / : Towels and bed linen are included. A weekly clean is provided for a stay of two weeks or longer. We provide F.O.C 4 beach towels for your use while on holiday here.

Fantastic private villa that has all that you need for a relaxing break away. Very spacious inside and out. Located in a quieter part of the resort but the local bus certainly makes getting to the resort much easier and quicker.Super communication with the host.Definitely will be returning.

This is an excellent villa. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully maintained. It’s the best pool and patio area we have experienced in our last three trips. The kitchen had everything you could need including outdoor plastic glasses and plates. We were keen to stay nearer Papagayo this time and the location was perfect. The Pueblo shopping centre is just over the road, supermarket and several small bars and restaurants for when you don’t feel like the trip into town. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Marina rubicon along the beautiful sea front. There is a taxi rank just outside the complex as well. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. I look forward to returning.

Had a lovely 7 nights in February to get away from the grim UK weather.The Villa was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and very well appointed.Ideally situated in an extremely quiet area, just a short walk away from amenities.Host communications were prompt and informative.Hope to visit again next year.

We saw this villa and thought is it as good as it looks. The simple answer is YES. It’s modern and clean, great location and not over looked. Communication with Iain was excellent. We will definitely be going again.
