Casa Rioja. Fabulous 3 Bed 2 Bath villa in quiet location with sea views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rioja. Sue was very accommodating of our needs. Lovely furniture inside and out. Enjoyed the sea view across to Fuerteventura. We used our car each day. Had lovely food at the Marina and Playa Blanca seafront restaurants. Nice sandy beaches for the children to enjoy. Playa Flamingo was our favourite.

Super villa, quiet, really great views and garden space. Pool is compact but really lovely. Sue was great at communicating with us and we had a fab holiday. Happy to recommend.

I stayed here for 10 days in the height of August with my husband, daughter and a family friend. Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. Garden is stunning with an outdoor table and comfy sofa under a shaded area that shelters from the wind. Pool is lovely. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of everything. Beds are the comfiest beds I've ever had abroad! TV has all the channels; movies and sport you could possibly need all accessed through the one remote on a STD box. Land Lady very helpful and kind and is always on call. Definitely recommend to anyone especially families wanting a private pool for the children. Will definitely be returning thank you!

We spent most of the time living outside as the garden was huge, although the outside space was dirty when we arrived, the table and chairs and sunbeds etc. had not been cleaned before or during our stay. The whole garden needs sweeping and washing on a regular basis. The pool was wonderful, but would benefit from a pool light and more garden lights, it was very dark at night. A lot of the china was chipped and both the china and cutlery were dirty, we had to wash before use. The fridge shelves were broken and fixed with sticky tape, definitely needs a new fridge, I had to clean it before use as it was very scummy and unhygienic and the freezer hadn't been defrosted. The villa would benefit hugely from regular maintenance as well as housekeeping. No welcome pack, just a bottle of water, we arrived late, like most visitors, and would have liked some milk, couple of tea bags, sugar etc. Sue the housekeeper was very helpful and communication with her was excellent. I would say the location is very good, beautiful views, near the bus stop, taxi rank and shopping centre with some bars cafes etc.
