I was in town for an exhibition, location was good for me, free parking outside and received good instruction from the owners to get in and access WiFi etc, room was cleans and comfortable, good value for the money.

Th continental breakfast is much to be desired in my opinion. The room needs a good vacuum and a new kettle.
