We spent a night here during out Scotland trip and were happy with the room offered and the cleanliness and space around. Located at the Quay, a convenient location for getting to the city central areas .

The hotel is in a good location, quiet and serene beside the quay—perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. Despite requesting housekeeping, our room was not cleaned during our stay. The bed sheets had visible stains, and we were only given one towel for a room meant for two occupants. Repeated requests for additional towels and cleaning were ignored. Sadly, the service and hygiene did not match the pleasant surroundings
