The staff team was friendly and helpful throughout stay. Great views from the room (5th floor) extremely comfortable bed, slept like a log, tasty, plentiful breakfast, the pool and sauna/steam room facilities, window seats in the bar/ restaurant area.
The lifts are soooooo slow but there are signs posted saying this issue is being addressed.
Problem with water supply in the room so unable to shower. This occured an hour before checkout so too late to do anything about it/change room.

Room 202 was a lovely corner room onto the Clyde
Maybe a touch cold but the electric heater took chill off quickly
In the spa no spinner for costumes and water in showers not very hot in the spa

the staff were really nice and the room was a good size. There was a good selection on offer at breakfast and the restaurant was a good size.
the lifts were shocking. i understand one lift was out of service for and upgrade but i think that even if it was in service their aren't enough lifts and they are to small for the amount of guests the hotel can cater for.
also we had dinner on one evening, the food we had was great but i did find the selection a little small .
