We loved the property, afternoon tea, dinner, and staff. Exploring the neighborhood and Pollock Park were highlights. The only downside was that this was a splurge for us to say we had stayed in a “castle” in Scotland. To our surprise, our room was around back, not in the actual castle. It was disappointing, but we weren’t going to let it ruin our stay.

Nice staff, good location, easy access to the public transportation to the downtown and decent distance from the airport. Facility can use an upgrade. Carpets and room looked old, and not castle or 4 star caliber ..
