The room was lovely the girl behind desk went above and beyond(blonde hair) sorry forgot name,was my husbands birthday she done everything she could to help make our stay special,like having a fridge in the room.
Price had doubled due to a concert which were attending!!!

Arrived late evening after 10 pm Given room not made up - see picture Asked for another room - was given a room very near lift I wrote previously to ask for a room well away from lift ( as sleeping during day ) as it happened quiet during day Property very tired in places - needs updating For over £100 a night
