Hôtes charmants et très disponibles. Jolie chambre avec lit confortable. Billard et jeu de fléchettes.

Appartement sombre avec seulement 2 entrées de lumière mais sans vue sur l extérieur, dans le salon et dans la salle de bain. Assez bruyant avec tous les bruits provenant de l étage (bruits de pas et de voix, machine à laver tôt le matin...). La terrasse n est accessible qu en traversant le garage et se situe en bord de route.

Die Wohnung verfügt lediglich über zwei Lichtschachtfenster ohne Ausblick - ob es regnet oder die Sonne scheint, bekommt man in der Kellerwohnung nicht mit. Anmerkung: Bei der Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer handelt es sich um eine Fototapete. Ausblick gibt es nur vor dem Haus. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über das Garagentor im Keller, einen anderen Zugang gibt es nicht.

Very comfortable apartment, perfect for family with kids. It was very clean and tidy, with pool table and home cinema which was useful after whole day relaxing outside in sun :) Great location, just within few minutes away from Evian, town full of shops, restaurants, ice creams and other atractions! We loved pizzeria in Maxilly and the bakery in Lugrin too! Definately recommend to stay there! Nice view at the lake Leman while having breakfast outside the house in the morning! Thank you Thomas and Muna for having us there and hope to see you again in the future!
