Beautiful family run hotel in stunning grounds 5 mins walk from evian
The breakfast was mostly continental with eggs on request only had breakfast once but that was a personal choice. The hotel is spotless our room was very spacious and spotless; Theresa made us feel very welcome.The grounds were stunning.My only downside was there wasn't air conditioning.It was extremely warm and the fan in room was just not enough.Apart from that would highly recommend 😀

Underrated three star hotel with a great view and great hospitality in Evian-les-Bains.
The weather was warm and nice. So, every morning we had breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a great view on Lake Geneva. The swimming pool was a goof way to refresh ourselves. The couches were fine, and the view was again excellent. The private parking space is also a good feature. Every morning the rooms were nicely cleaned.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay in charming hotel.
Clean and comfortable rooms in charming hotel in a very good location overlooking the lake. An easy 10 - 15 minute walk down the hill to the town and lakefront, but a bit more effort required on the way back! Swimming pool was a welcome extra. We only took breakfast on our final morning - very good and nice to enjoy it outside on the terrace overlooking the lake. Would stay again.

Pristine Place, Warm Embrace
Our sojourn at this most delightful hotel in Évian was a true pleasure. The hosts, a gracious and amiable couple, welcomed us warmly and offered expert guidance on the local area, leading us to hidden paths and lakeside gems. The property itself was pristinely kept—a testament to their care —and every detail made our stay both comfortable and memorable.

Wonderful 2 night stay in a lovely hotel overlooking Lac Leman.
Room with balcony at front of property was lovely. Balcony with outdoor furniture and deck chair was private with views across the lake to Lausanne (seen when standing). Room, pool and facilities were very clean. No airconditioning but a fan was provided. Ventillated shutter could be pulled down to keep room cool. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was delightful albeit a little expensive. Location was only a 10 minute walk down to the shores of the lake (uphill coming back so may be a challenge for some). Hosts were very friendly and helpful with very good suggestions for local attractions to visit.
Parking is secure but the space is quite limited. No food or drink other than that purchased at the property is permitted in the rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. These needed to be purchased from the hotel.
