Basic facility with friendly staff

Staff are very friendly. Breakfast has what you can usually expect from the basic european breakfast.

Rooms were smaller than pictures. At least that was our impression.

It far exceeded my initial expectations.

If you arrive early enough, there is free parking on the hotel grounds. Even though this is rated a 2 Star hotel, it is immaculatly clean, charming, in the center of old town Evian and steps from the Evian Water Source. Good breakfast too!

Perfect location on Rue Nationale with all the ships and restaurants.

Rooms are tiny, could use a little upgrade in terms of toilet paper, use of space.

upon checkin, we didn't get the hotel room that we had booked by being told that the other rooms were occupied. This however was definitely not the case as many rooms were vacant we got tood the private parking was full, which was also not the case

Well situated in the center of town but still very quiet! Staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean. Onsite restaurant. Price to value was exceptional!!

Charming, kind and clean!

Such a cute and charming hotel! We were positively surprised with such care since the kindness and attention of the staff up to the cleanness and the charming and tasty breakfast! Great value, right in the main square, easy to find and to go walking to any place in town. We highly recommend :)

There's no ac, only a fan - but to be honest it did not bother us! Even though was a hot day (33 degrees), the room temperature was good and we could sleep very well :)

The location is great, very central. The room was very clean and had a small window with great views.

Breakfast is from 7:30 so we could not try it. 15:00 time is a bit late for check-in.

Generous and smiling Patricia

Very tidy , clean , quiet and comfortable rooms, very kind and pleasant staff, a rich breakfast. A precious place in the center of Evian in the central place of the Xmas events. Patricia has offered us, without extra charge, a day- term place of our luggage after our check out, and she waited with patience and kindness for us to deliver them. A smiling face with a generous heart! ❤️💖💗💝

The women working at the desk was wonderful and the location is great. Room was quite clean.

Was there for work and the Wifi never worked. most uncomfortable bed I've ever barely slept in (hard, lumpy mattress, itchy sheets). Couldn't open the window without the room smelling like cigarettes, everyone smoked by the door bellow our room.

Amazing two star hotel in a great location with great service

The staff was so amazing and accommodating when I needed to adjust my check in and check out times. They accommodate late check-in‘s and are very good with communication. I was between another hotel and this one and ended up choosing this one because the front desk responded immediately. The hotel is right on the commercial street so you walk right out and there is a parking lot by availability only. You can walk to the source for free Evian water by exiting the back. I requested a room with a Lakeview and they were able to accommodate me. I am on a solo trip and felt really called to the water. There is a free simple breakfast in the morning, which I took advantage of one morning and the front desk did not mind when I showed up 15 minutes before closing breakfast. She was cheerful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again I will bring my partner with me next time. The room was quite spacious! And I appreciated the extra pillow. The elevator is a huge plus because my luggage is extremely heavy.

nothing but would like to note that the hallways are quite dark so you’ll have to manually flip the switches. in the end it is a simple two star hotel so there are some frills that are available but it is a very clean hotel that I love.
