I like that the hotel was in front of the lakes and few meters from the ferry ports.

Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay in Hotel Alizé. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Evian. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. We also ate in the good restaurant attached (as we have previously when in Evian) Staff accommodated our late arrival from our flight to Geneva and meeting up with family. Thank you

It was one of our best hotel experiences to date and we’ve traveled to a lot of countries and places over the years.

The front desk staff, Santa and Veronique, were so friendly and helpful with information to get around the area. They made our weeklong stay so enjoyable and memorable. Additionally, the cleaning staff were also very friendly and did a consistently fantastic job of keeping everything spotless. They all seem to truly enjoy their jobs and take pride in ensuring the guests have the optimal experience.

Good location and friendly staff but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Location was brilliant but not for parking. Drop your luggage off first and then park. Staff were very helpful.

But outdated and the rooms were warm. Plus no lift so luggage has to be carried up.

Very convenient location

It was just across the road from the ferry terminal. I had a room facing the lake. The view was priceless.

The ambience of the common areas (lobby and corridor) could be improved.

Lovely hotel with an excellent service.

Very friendly reception and service, parking can be booked in advance in a nearby car park. Pleasant room, comfortable bed and above all the air conditioning was excellent in hot weather. Location right on the beach with cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the promenade. All in all a lovely experience.

Simple but great rooms, not soundproofed

The rooms are not soundproofed so you’ll hear when people go to their rooms at night and leave them in the morning, as well as the conversations in the hallway as if they were happening in front of you. Other than that the hotel was great !

Loved the location, rooms were comfortable and very quiet, staff was very kind and super helpful. I specifically enjoyed the breakfast selection.

Parking is only possible on the streets around the hotel, which is sometimes a bit challenging.

Excellent hotel for the budget in a great location in Evian

Excellent location opposite ferry terminal and around the corner from the main shopping street in Evian and all the restaurants. The friendliest most helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms and good value for money. Not luxurious yet very comfortable beds with good sheets. Breakfast was typically French/continental. Some good muesli or oats rather than super sweet cereals would be welcome as an Irish visitor. But plenty to eat all the same. Hotel restaurant looked very nice and was always busy but we never got the chance to eat there. Air con worked well to keep room cool at night.

Room and bathroom were on the small side and would benefit from more modern interior decor.

Great location and staff.

Room smaller than on photo. No balcony as stated in description. Mattress too hard. Bad fixtures for shower which make it move completely to one the side of the shower.
