Wonderful lakefront location with a spa and delightful restaurant. The property was walking distance to Evian city center.
The rooms were overflowing with unnecessary decorator items.

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely and felt exclusive and luxury. Great access to lake for swimming and outside area for relaxing. A bit of a walk into town centre but nice walking along the lake, and definitely worth it for the lake access at the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and clean, kind staff. The food is delicious.
Very small room, very low water pressure in the bathroom.
Poor quality powder coffee for. Good quality coffee was only available for extra charge.
No elevator is available. Value for money is a big issue.
