Small accommodation suitable for overnight stays

The facilities were suitable for our needs, as we were only looking for a place to stay overnight. We have no complaints. It meet our requirements

Very nice apartment, and comfortable. Kind of spacious for 2 of us.

Clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer came handy for us. Aircon in the hall with Netflix streaming available.. car park is a plus, just right in front. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.

Nothing, except if there is an Aircon in the bedroom, it would be perfect. We slept on the sofa in the hall, as we needed the Aircon.

Well equipped and comfortable bungalow, located in a safe and quiet area.

We stayed for a fairly long duration, and the washing machine, dryer, dishwashing machine were of great help. I cannot imagine what we would have done without. We had to cook a lot due to our young child, and the kitchen utensils were all available and in good shape. (However bring your own salt and pepper. There was only potato powder and flour at the time of our stay.) Communication with the hosts was always smooth, and the heating worked well and kept us all warm (during winter 0-4 degrees C). Having an allotted parking lot right next to the residence was a huge plus as well. We had rented a fairly large car due to the luggage, and if we hadn't had an allotted parking space, I think parking would have been quite stressful. Bakery (opens at 5:30am), Supermarket (opens at around 7am) and Pharmacy were all within a short walking distance, and it was nice to be able to walk to buy basic groceries and medicine. Neighborhood seems very quiet and safe. Accommodation was located in a residential area with a lot of children, without any big roads, so it was very comfortable. We would like to revisit during the summer, where we would be able to enjoy some barbequing out in the small garden area. As it is not a highly populated area with a lot of light or air pollution, we were able to stargaze in the garden almost every night. Coming from a huge city, this was definitely one of our favorite things about staying in this area.

-The residence seems to have been a garage which was converted into a bungalow. As the basic integrity of the structure wasn't built with consideration of residency, it didn't effectively mute the noise from outside. When it was raining we all were frequently woken up in the middle of the night because the noise of rain falling on the roof was amplified throughout the residence. At nighttime, when all else is quiet and still, the sound of neighbors talking in their backyard can also be heard throughout the bungalow. I'm sure that the neighbors were able to hear us at times as well. -We stayed during the winter holiday season, and it took a while for warm water to come out. After many trials and errors, we figured out that turning water on both in the bathroom and kitchen helped warm water to come out faster (within 1-2 min.). When we had only one faucet on at a time, sometimes it would take over 5 min, for hot water to come out (even with the bathroom heating set at 5). -Originally what would have been the garage opening is now all converted into glass walls and doors. Due to wanting privacy the curtains were almost always closed, and it was a bit of a bummer to not be able to look outside, without passerby as easily be able to look inside. -The checkout time is set a little earlier than other residencies, namely at 10 am. Residents have to take care of all the trash and recycling, so it seemed a little hectic on the morning of checkout. However the disadvantages of this bungalow doesn't in any way outweigh the advantages. We would more than likely revisit when we are visiting family in Speyer.

I would visit again and can recommend particularly for a vacation, while feeling "at home"

The property was very clean and cosy! Every possible need for a prolonged stay was anticipated and then some. Check-in and check-out very convenient and flexible. I wasn't on a vacation, but it certainly would be a lovely choice as such.

Etwas mehr Tafelgeschirr / es gab wenig Gläser. Verbindung mit Innenstadt suboptimal, wir benutzten immer das Auto, was wir eigentlich nicht wollten.

Aankomst in Speyer

De tuin was een woesternij, Het was op de dag van aankomst 35 graden, dus het was fijn geweest als de airco aan was geweest. Omdat deze niet aan stond was het bloed heet binnen, ongeveer 40 graden. De ramen konden niet worden geblindeerd omdat er niet over de volle breedte overgordijnen waren. De prijs / kwaliteit was niet in verhouding, veel te duur. Wij zijn van de 8 nachten maar een nacht geweest omdat mijn partner ernstig ziek werd en we de vakantie moesten afbreken. Al me al veel geld voor matige kwaliteit

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sehr unkompliziertes Ein- und Ausschenken - da die Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox liegen! Gutes Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis, Garage.

Die Ausstattung lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es gab keine Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher wie beschrieben. Der Toaster war defekt und die Abdichtung von der Dusche war undicht.
