I would certainly visit again, can be recommended both for a holiday or a business trip.

Idyllische Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt
Das Apartment ist sehr idyllisch in der Altstadt gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Speyers sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Kann man echt gut empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage und super Vermieter
Die Bilder entsprechen exakt der Realität. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit das unter der Wohnung gelegene Irishpub zu besuchen. Vom Pub bekommt man in der Wohnung übrigens fast nichts mit. Nur bei geöffnetem Fenster sind mal vereinzelt Stimmen zu hören, was aber nicht weiter stört. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut Top. Nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man direkt am Dom. Wir haben unser Auto in einer Parkgarage, die ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar ist geparkt. Zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man aber kurz direkt vor der Unterkunft halten.

Wer sich ein kleine, schöne und gut gelegen Wohnung gönnen möchte macht hier alles richtig
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegt. Das Privatfahrzeug kann in der nähe abgestellt werden und die Stadt ist sehr gut per Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und bei gutem Wetter lädt der kleine Balkon zum Frühstücken ein. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Eingerichte was man braucht, einfach und doch stilvoll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich :-) Wer am Abend sich noch ein Guinness gönnen möchte kann dies gleich beim Hauseigenen Irish Pup machen.
Wenn man etwas bemängeln muss, wäre es aus meiner Sicht nur der Duschkopf der sehr tief angebracht ist. Ich bin kein grosser Mensch und für mich ist er schon sehr tief.
