Our stay was good but the host was unreachable, whether by phone and email.
The property is beautiful
Because we could not reach our host, we needed to look for the hot water valve, which was not opened, therefore no hot water, which is a basic, that took some time and was a little stressful.

Good location and great to have laundry available in the apartment as we were mid way through a two week trip. Very clean. Cool building

Loved the studio apartment in this historical building.
The art deco building has a great atmosphere. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was great to have complimentary coffee pods and cleaning products for the kitchen.
The shower door was difficult to close.

Beautiful apartment, but please address the smell.
Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Amenities were good. Appreciated a washer/dryer after traveling for 1 week, with another week ahead of us. Many fans to help with hot summer temps. Beautiful building and landscape outside. The apartment seemed to have everything one would need to be comfortable for many days.
The main bedroom had a smell in the room, as well as the bedding. The sheets and pillows smelled of body odor. We believe there were clean sheets, but the odor from the actual pillows and bed was unsatisfactory. Wife couldn't use the pillow, as the smell was too much. The room had a faint smell of cat urine or a litter box. Floors were extremely creaky, but we understand that can not be fixed and it was part of the charm of the beautiful building.
