The pedestrian zone, with its numerous shops and diverse selection of restaurants, is just 600 meters away. The main train station and bus station are right across the street, and you’ll find a bakery and shops for daily necessities just 100 meters away.
Your approximately 30-square-meter serviced apartment on the first floor is comfortably furnished. Step into the combined living/work and sleeping area. From there, you can access the dining area with a kitchenette and the bathroom. The private terrace with outdoor seating and a view of the garden rounds out the experience.

Just 600 meters from the pedestrian zone, our modern, fully equipped serviced apartments are located in a stunning Art Nouveau building. The main train station and the bus station are right across the street, and a bakery and an organic supermarket are just a few steps away.
Choose between an apartment for up to 2 people (approx. 30 square meters) or a particularly spacious apartment for up to 6 people (approx. 95 square meters). Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic cooktop. You’ll also find a spacious and bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, a desk and dining table, a portable air conditioner, a smart Internet TV (with streaming service apps installed), free high-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s), and a private doorbell system (which can be turned off).
For both apartments, you can book additional services from Hotel & Living Am Wartturm on an individual basis and at any time (such as breakfast, bike rental, and laundry service). This all-around care ensures you’ll feel truly at home.
Please note: All apartments in our city apartment buildings are professionally cleaned by our hotel staff in accordance with HACCP standards, just like our hotel rooms.
On-site costs: Your stay in the serviced apartments includes the following services once a week: apartment cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dishwashing service, towel change, and bed linens change. In addition, the final cleaning is already included in the price. Prices are per night in EUR and include sales tax, satellite TV, internet access via LAN/Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, dish towels, electricity, heating, hot water, operating costs, and the weekly services listed above. You can choose between self-catering in the apartment, dining at the neighboring Wilhelmi’s Bocatas (open weekdays starting at 6 a.m.), or enjoying the breakfast buffet in the main building (Hotel Am Wartturm) at a special price (Children up to age 6 are invited to breakfast). For every stay, a security deposit (credit card guarantee or cash) of EUR 250 must be provided; for stays of 28 nights or more, the deposit is EUR 500. We reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of at least EUR 100 if the kitchen is heavily soiled upon checkout. You’ll find affordable parking in a nearby parking garage (approx. 150 m away; we can provide discounted parking rates with savings of up to 50%). Additional services available for a fee: grocery shopping service, laundry service, bike rental, and use of the fitness and wellness park
