I would have no hesitation, based on our experience, in recommending this property,

This was a 3 bedroom apartment with no meal option, however the facilities available in the kitchen fully met our needs although perhaps the inclusion on a microwave may have been helpful. There was a tray of tea/coffee plus sugars, milk sachets and a few treats like chocolate, biscuits and cake. The property was clean and had all the facilities needed including bedding and towels, ample for our needs for a group of 4. Although situated on the outskirts of Speyer the town centre was a short drive away with its choice of Restaurants etc.

The only downside and it was a very small thing, we didn't quite understand the rules regarding waste disposal and in which bin it was supposed to go. That maybe could have been made a little clearer for those of us coming from outside of Germany who are not familiar with local rules.

Perfect stay in Speyer

We were traveling by car, so this option was great - close to the highway, but no noice, calm and quiet neighborhood. Very nice location. Perfect solution with house and room access with the code - no keys needed. Comfortable room with a mini kitchen, lots of cutlery, tableware and everything needed was there. Lots of towels were provided for bathroom and kitchen. Very hospitable owners, gave detailed instructions beforehand and checked upon arrival if we have everything needed.

Information for guests was only in German. No big deal, but having English one in addition would be better. No wardrobe, only hooks and hangers. For longer stay it would be nice to have some closet

Einfach lohnenswert und gerne wieder.

Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Als wir ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer wünschten und es eins frei war, bekamen wir mit vertretbarem Aufpreis auch ein Upgrade. Hierfür nochmal einen riesen Dank an Familie Fischer. Das hat den Erfolg unseres Sohnes bei der Deutschen Meisterschaft in Dudenhofen nochmal angenehm abgerundet.

Netter Kurzaufenthalt in Speyer, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super, Autobahn gleich erreichbar

Verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden, sehr sauber, für einen Kurztrip alles an Ausstattung da. Sogar ein Standventilator, bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen im Rheintal sehr angenehm.

naja, halt 2. Stock ohne Lift - Treppensteigen und Reisetaschen kombiniert mag ich nicht aber erträglich.

Un four micro-onde serait un plus. Mettre à disposition quelques produits d'entretien faciliterait le nettoyage final.

Eine sehr schöne Woche.wir kommen gerne wieder

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und kleiner Küchenzeile. Die Betten sind Super. Auf Anfrage hatte der Vermieter noch ein Gästebett für unser Kind in die Wohnung gestellt. Wir haben uns die Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider war die Heizung mit einem Thermostat und wir konnten nicht höher als 22 grad stellen. Manchmal etwas kalt. Uns fehlte uns das Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche.
