Good for a short stay and convenient location

Location was great. Walking distance to train station and town centre. Everything I needed was in the property. The sofa is super comfortable. Frogs will serenade you to sleep!

The shower drain was clogged and it flooded the apartment. The landlord suggested I clean the drain. Only after I said I didn't come to clean someone elses hair out of a drain, he arranged someone to come and clean it. There also weren't enough towels or bedding covers, which the lady who came for the drain then also delivered for me. All good in the end, just slightly stressful to start with. It would be better if there was a mosquito net on the balkony door too. The matresses were so soft and the foam just kept me too warm as I sunk into them. I slept on the sofa, which was actually very good.

The spacious bathroom was also a highlight, offering great comfort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting stay! I would choose this place again in Speyer.

Good apartment not far from Hockenheimring

Location was good not far from center of Speyer and only about 15 km from Hockenheimring, where we visited a race before going to the apartment. We had dinner in a good restaurant (Dionyssos) located at only 400m from the apartment. Free parking in the street is always nice when traveling by car. Technik Museum Speyer is very nice for people with interest for technical stuff.

It was extremely hot with max temperatures of 36 C. The apartment also got very hot and did not have air-conditioning. Luckily a fan was available in the apartment and offered a little relief, but it remained far too hot for me to get a good night of sleep. I was able to sleep for only 2 hours. Most houses in Germany are not ready yet for the climate change.

Exceptional

We have everything that we need in the apartment. It is clean and easy access to the apartment. The owner send you an instruction for the key and thats it. Super easy.

Its not a big deal, but they could change the water boiler. Its really old and seems to me no one is using it for a long time. I heat my water with a pot. But like i said, its not a big deal. The rest of the apartment is sparkling clean.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Prima Lage. Nachts sehr ruhig. Tolles Leselicht an den Stockbetten. Sehr sauber. Großer Tisch. Genug Steckdosen. Sehr gut geheizt. Die Temperatur lässt sich aber nicht regeln.

Der Geschirrspüler war außer Betrieb. Die Einschübe fehlten. Die Waschlotion war komplett leer. Keine Kosmetiktücher. Keine Telefonnummer zur Kontaktaufnahme. Eine Anfrage wegen Gepäckabstellen vor dem Check-In wurde nicht beantwortet. Fernseher ohne Bedienungsanleitung. Die Couch muss erst zum Bett umgebaut werden. Wir haben dann gleich in den Stockbetten geschlafen.

Die Matratzen sehr bequem. Grosser Fernseher. Schönes Balkönchen. Wirklich alles da was man so braucht. Nette Nachbarn. Freundliche, immer gut erreichbare Vermieter.

Nette zentrale Unterkunft, für 1-2 Nächte perfekt!

Sehr Zentral, Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Die Restliche Wohnung auch, aber hier und da ein paar runde Ecken. Haben aber auch sehr spontan gebucht, ist also kein Vorwurf. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche wurde uns (wie oben erwähnt, sehr spontan gebucht und angereist) sehr schnell gebracht vom sehr netten Besitzer. Würden für eine bis maximal zwei Nächte wieder kommen! Danke für alles, war echt super! :)

Hier und da ist einiges ein wenig abgenutzt. Die Stehlampe neben dem Bett ist an der Halterung der Birne irgendwie gebrochen oder so. Ist uns auch nur aufgefallen, da diese neben der Leiter vom Hochbett steht und man beim hochklettern dran kommt, da sie die Leiter fast versperrt. Und leider läuft die Dusche nicht so richtig ab. Es ist sehr sehr Warm im Schlafraum und im Badezimmer (Ventilator steht aber bereit). Man muss fairer Weise aber sagen, es sind auch sehr hohe Temperaturen draußen gewesen!

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir waren schnell in der Innenstadt und am Technikmuseum

Minuspunkt für Sauberkeit und kein Bäcker in der Nähe für das Frühstück

Ein schönes Appartement mit Balkon. Ruhige Lage, Parkplätze vor dem Haus, zentral gelegen. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Immer wieder gerne!

Apartamento completo e confortável por preço justo.

Apartamento completo (cozinha, banheiro, sala e quarto num só ambiente), limpíssimo, tudo novo. Por ser afastado do centro (mas não muito, algo como 1 km) é fácil estacionar grátis. Local silencioso e agradável. O apartamento fica no segundo andar e não há elevador, o que pode ser problema para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção ou com bagagens pesadas. Mas o apartamento em si é ótimo !

Sehr kleine Wohnung, vielleicht etwas grösser als ein Hotelzimmer. Zu dem Preis nächstes mal lieber ins Hotel.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Speyer sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Ausstattung bescheiden aber ok.

Haus macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Raucherwohnung. Dreck und Staub überall. Dreckige Töpfe, unappetitliche Küchengeräte.

- super Lage, ruhig - schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter - praktische kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe - wir hatten fast alles, was wir für wenige Tage brauchten - modernes Badezimmer - Parken in der Nähe möglich Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :).
