Great location

Very spacious, comfortable apartment in a fabulous location, walking distance to everything (20 mins walk to train station), conad supermarket nearby, Via Filungo, Piazza Napoleone for Lucca Summer Music Festival, all easy walks. Very clean throughout, well equipped kitchen. NIce to be in Piazza San Francesco, away from crowds and with 4 choices of cafes to eat at. Really appreciated the washing machine and detergent tabs.

It was a severe heat wave during my stay. I understand air-conditioning may not be possible, but the fans really didn't cool the apartment down at all. I suggest two portable air conditioners (the ones you add water to) be purchased for the comfort of guests - several shops and museums I visited had these, and they made a big difference in cooling down rooms. Also, not a problem for me, but guests should be aware there are about 20 steps to reach apartment (appreciate my luggage being taken up for me when I arrived). The alarm in laundry went off twice I'm aware of, and may need checking.

Top comfort, new and pristine, full kitchen, quite and perfect location. Could not be better. Plus there is a fantastic little but exceptional restaurant just downstairs - same name but no affiliation - which makes this choice of the Stellario apartment unbeatable. The parking solution also very convenient. 10 e lode!

A wonderful welcome...

Anna & Gabriele are amazing hosts, who have gone above and beyond what I expected to make my stay enjoyable! They are very friendly, helpful and responsive. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet, while still being centrally located within the historic walls of Lucca.

Nous connaissions le logement pour y avoir déjà séjourné, y retourner atteste qu'il nous convenait en tous points : emplacement, équipements, taille, aménagements, décoration...sans oublier l'option du parking en supplément à proximité.

Petits problèmes d'interruption de la connexion et images télévision, aléatoires, discontinus et répétés, selon les jours et les moments de la journée, non résolus malgré l'intervention de l'hôte après un re paramétrage. Bonne connexion wifi par ailleurs.
