The location is exceptional! Only a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella. The staff were also very friendly and it helped to have their office only a 2 minute walk from the accommodation.
The place smelt like cigarettes. The air conditioner is not that strong and faces away from the bed (it was pretty hot in summer).

Sicuramente la posizione, in centro a due passi da tutto! Anche i ragazzi che lo gestiscono molto gentili ed efficienti!
Non molto pulita, muri che hanno bisogno di una imbiancata... la sera molto rumore fino a tardi.il sabato sera, c'e una discoteca sotto!
