OK. Nothing special. Avoid if you are bothered by noise.

Good location.

Noisy. You can hear everything, other rooms, doors closing, lobby noise, cleaning staff at 7:30 am.... everything! They know this...they leave crappy earplugs by the bed. The front desk staff is very nice. I feel bad for them; they probably freeze there since they have no heating. You see them all day with their thick jackets on. They also have nowhere to put their stuff, so the lobby is usually a mess. The rooms need a lot of TLC and better cleaning. ULIV properties are a hit or a miss.

Good location, terrible room without a view - it made me feel claustrophobic.

The location was perfect and the facilities were very well kept.

I was extremely disappointed in the room we were assigned. When I booked, the room had a balcony with a view, which was very important to us. When I got there, our view was of a fence. I never would've booked here had I known that.

Brand new aparthotel in the heart of Polanco.

The police at the lobby was very kind and helpful. More than the property team. He helped us carrying our bags and so.

I didn’t like they don’t include house keeping with the price, only once per week. We needed to ask for towels more than once…

Amazing place to stay at in Mexico City (CDMX)

The apartment is almost new, fully equipped, with a very nice bathroom. The bed is extremely comfortable, the place is really nice overall. The location is just amazing, in the heart of Polanco, a very nice area to walk around. There are coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centers just a few blocks away.

I have no complains, everything was fine during my stay.

It’s very noisy inside the appartment building. You can easily hear the slams of doors, running water in the pipes, people from other suites above and beside, music if played in another room… if you are a light sleeper….take this into consideration.

no air con and it was hard to open the window as there were no screens (didn’t want mosquitos ) Since we were on the 1st floor , we were not sure if we should leave it open

Location in Polanco was good , apartment was clean , good bathroom , and good helpful security in the foyer who were happy to look after our luggage for late departure

We wish there had been air conditioning- maybe as we are British and not used to the heat but the fan was not enough for us . Also the bed was the least comfortable, too soft, of any on our trip

Excellent location. A very beautiful and large apartment, has all the necessary equipment, everything is new. There is a guard 24/7. The owner of the apartment is available and responds to any request, speaks English which is very important

It was easy to get the code, and Ari was eventually responsive to my early check in. (Which was great) Besides for him, a real person on WA, the day we checked in, everything else was very impersonal.

The size of the bathroom was minuscule. For such a large apartment, the bathroom size did not make any sense. If only 2 guests, it is better off to book one of the smaller units, that have a larger bathroom. Also, I wondered about natural light in the apartment and got an imprecise response from the staff, which led me to choose the wrong distribution.

Would never repeat, buyer beware.

The property was in a nice neighborhood, Polanco, but that’s the only positive thing about it.

The facility was not nearly what was marketed in the pictures. The floors were dirty, we found other people’s hairs throughout the apartment, there was no way to control the AC, there was a light just outside of the apartment which would never turn off, and the building / surround neighbors were very loud, and the walls are very thin (you can hear everything above, below, and outside). We were kept awake every night of our stay due to loud music and loud neighbors having parties. There was no action taken by staff (one security guard). I am shocked that the apartment complex has the ratings profile that it does. I don’t generally write reviews, but I would never stay here again - I would strongly advise that you consider another building or hotel.

Excelente alojamiento para conocer Polanco, zona tranquila y segura para salir a caminar.

La ubicación es excelente, el acomodo del alojamiento es muy cómodo y espacioso, vale la pena el precio.

Los ruidos, todo se escucha desde el drenaje constante, las descargas de agua de las demás habitaciones, ruidos de puertas o bombas de agua.

Molesto ser sorprendido con tarifas extras obligatorias por falta de información previo a la reserva

La amabilidad

No me gustó que no dan compmetabni clara la información previo a la reserva sobre todo lo relacionado a. las tarifas sobre mascotas sino que posterior a ella te obligan a hacer un pago alto sin opción a reembolso de la reserva en caso de desacuerdo. Y tampoco te informan que no se trata de un deposito cono hacen muchos hospedajes, que solo lo retienen en caso de daños por parte de la mascota,. Pero que lo devuelven al cliente si no ocurre daño alguno.

Estaba limpio y me gustó la decoración, ubicación, el personal muy amable, sobre todo el recepcionista

Hay mala acústica, se escucha DEMASIADO lo que pasa arriba, inclusive si las personas están solo caminando lo que afecta la calidad del descanso, asi que si quieres dormir bien aquí no lo recomiendo inclusive con los tapones para oídos se lograba escuchar la habitación de arriba, también llegué a la hora de check in muy cansada y tardaron como media hora en darme el cuarto

Caro para lo q te ofrecen .

Supuestamente había reservado una habitación con vista a palacio de hierro con terraza . Mi habitación estaba muy reducida fría y muy ruidosa . Las ventanas nunca las pudimos cerrar y te dejan una mini agua de 3 tragos .. exageradamente caro para lo q es . Jamás me volvería a quedar ahí . Hay loft con sala cocineta y 3 recamar en la mera zona de polanco .. no me gusto . No hay servicio de nada .
