Front desk staff are fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
Very clean and comfortable.
Soft pillows. 8 minutes walk to metro station.
Gym facility was great.
No outdoor pool.
Towels are well used and not soft.

This is always my favorite hotel to stay in in São Paulo. Top class s d where else can I stay in a 5 star hotel for $99 a night?

Location is good. Showers are good. Good breakfast
Pool and sauna were closed. Elevators have a mind of their own causing massive waiting times. Overall its very outdated
