Absolutely everything was exceptional: from first arriving at the entrance to the hotel, the porter, the front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant personnel... The attention to details were first-rate. And the hotel is beautiful and well located in the city.
The lighting in the room could have been better. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The rooms, pool, gym facilities etc
The staff at all the restaurants and breakfast area hardly knew any word of English, it made it so hard for us to communicate

Perfect location.
They had issues with the elevators. Average wait time for an elevator was 5 minutes during a 3 day stay. A few times, I took the stairs from the 11th floor to the ground floor or to the 23rd floor for breakfast. I was disappointed in the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. The gym was also poorly thought out and did not have appropriate equipment for a full body workout.
