Close proximity to a lot of eating places and room was decent for the price.

Cleaning staff needs to do more of a thorough clean of the room, especially the bathroom. I left my hotel room in the morning and when I returned at night, my door was open. One of the cleaning staff left my room door open after cleaning. I spoke to hotel staff at the reception area and although they apologized and advised they would provide an update after they investigated. No update was provided.

Great location. Very clean. Comfy beds.

Wish they had a larger lobby with a couch for checking out and relaxing

I enjoyed the property everything was walking distances to everything. I liked that they had a restaurant/ bar. The check out process was beautiful. The housekeeper was amazing they had our room tidy up every day for us for the stay, they are so nice and I feel like the backbone of the hotel.

When arriving for checking in. We are American and we don’t speak no English, and we try our best to show the reception upon arriving our information, but she was so rude and disrespectful, and when we asked questions about something they looked at us like we are uneducated and I don’t like that feeling. After the rest of our stay we tried to stay away from the reception desk until check out. The shower was terrible, it over flow to the floor which caused water all over the floor.

Close to Pulista Ave., walking distance to the prime artery of the town. A small Halal restaurant is just down the hotel and lot of restaurants and supermarkets near by. Easy access.

Room was very compact so the bathroom; hardly any one can properly stand in the room. Staff does not communicate in English properly. Breakfast is very basic, same items every day. Just an okay option.
