Location was excellent however the ceiling was leaking inspit of fixing . The wood chair in front the bed was very flemze and broke when I sat on it and I felt down on the floor and can not get op . The phone was not working and my wife have to go down to get some one to help m.

Overall; It is a nice place, close to Paulista Road.
However;
The Internet is very poor,
The gym is too small with handicapped machines, only two treadmills not functioning well as well two bike-cycles , in addition the swimming pool is too small as well if they have shifted to the floor and widening the gym room will be a bit option rather than wasting the full floor…
Room looks clean with fascinating toilets design designing, they have Beddit in the toilet 🚽…
The breakfast was good but not much option, almost same menu daily, as well no much options for Muslim people “ Halal food”…

The hotel is very good, and very good located., near the Avenida Paulista. Although I can’t recommend São Paulo, as I’ve been robbed there, the hotel is recommended if you need or really want to go there. Kind staff, not very good in English but otherwise trying to help with all they can. Good breakfast.

Well located. Pool unusable. Air conditioning not working. Breakfast ok. Mostly Portuguese speaking staff. Hard to get discussion.
