The location and structure

It was not very clean and I needed to ask for the amanites

I only needed a bed for the night while passing through São Paulo and visiting some friends, and the hotel met my needs perfectly. Could not wish for a better location!

There is no soundproofing and noise carries very easily from other rooms and from the hallway.

The location was really good and convenient. The room was basic but clean, a good size and done the job. The staff were nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

There was one plug in the room which I couldn’t believe (there was a second which looked American perhaps but was useless for me). This is really not practical in this day and age where we all have so many devices and are travelling all day.

Good Location, wifi, breakfast and lunch buffet

The bathroom was not renovated and the tiles need deep cleaning with chemicals. There is not heating in the rooms, when I asked the reception they just offered one extra blanket. The noise insulation of the windows is not perfect. Only the receptionists are able to communitate in english. Since tap water is not drinkable, I think that they should offer a bottle of water or have a water machine i every floor(I have seen the water machine in some Ibis in Europe)
