Great location in Paulista, rooms are quite spacious with a large king size bed. Gym is pretty decent as well and the breakfast buffet has a lot of options

Bathrooms are a little tight and a few times they didnt clean properly, leaving behind dirty cups etc and not changing. But otherwise pretty good. Little pricey for the quality of the hotel, needs a little uplift

Staff were very happy and friendly, a pleasure to meet and talk to. Very close to main shopping street.

1. Sauna was not hot enough and very few stones. 2. Staff not advising on tour operators but recommended a meter taxi which was expensive. 3. Towels were old and hard.

A very well located hotel

The place had a very dull atmosphere — almost a slightly sad feeling when you walked in, especially in the evenings. There’s a small balcony, but it can’t be opened (understandably for safety and security reasons). The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and the pillows weren’t great either. Towels, pillowcases, and the bedding in general often seemed dirty. The bathroom could really use some wall hooks. The staff didn’t come across as particularly approachable or welcoming. Since I was only there for three nights, I didn’t bother reporting these issues, but overall it wasn’t a good experience, especially considering the price for what you get. There are definitely better options nearby.
