Very Good location and Good value for money. Good breakfast also
The elevator system is really complicated. You can only go to your floor, but we where in a large group of friends and couldnt go to each others floor

The hotel is well located for Paulista Avenue. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast had a lot of variety and l enjoyed it.
The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.
I paid for an upgrade but ended up in a room next to some pretty major internal works which after a long flight was very annoying. The staff moved me to another room but the quality of the second room was poor. Just small things that could easily have been put right by a person with a screw driver and a box of light bulbs.
The hotel have refunded the money l paid for the upgrade which was a fair gesture.
