Staff were amazing from get go, taking our bags up to rooms (loved after a 5 hour journey from Paraty), offered complimentary coffee etc on arrival. The decor of hotel was beautiful, rooms clean spacious. We arrived late and were only staying one night so decided to eat in restaurant. The food was really really good. We also had breakfast and there was loads of choice. When we arrived we were all over the place with our bags getting taken and we didn’t realise there was a Michelin star restaurant which we didn’t get to try.
Couldn’t fault.

The location was great, the bedroom was very tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was simply amazing!

Very comfortable accommodations, which is located in a safe area and close to shopping and eateries. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bring your translator app because most of the staff only speak Brazilian Portuguese.

The room is OK. The pool is not clean. Not looked after.
