A wonderful hotel! Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with excellent taste, making guests feel truly at home. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and welcoming. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!
One area for improvement would be the breakfast service. I understand that breakfast can be a busy time, but I had to wait quite a while before someone came to serve my table, even for a simple cup of coffee. Perhaps assigning staff members to specific groups of tables could help make the service more efficient and ensure guests are attended to more promptly. Other than that, staff always kind and made efforts to ensure the quality service

I had a wonderful stay at Rosewood. The spa was exceptional — calm, beautifully designed, and genuinely restorative. The treatments I had were of a very high standard and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed, and the gym facilities were excellent and well maintained.
Nothing — everything met or exceeded my expectations.
