Angenehmer, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in einem ästhetischen Apartment zentral in der Fußgängerzone

Die Lage ist wunderschön, mitten in der Fußgängerzone / Altstadt mit netter Terrasse inmitten von Fachwerkshäusern. Tolles Ambiente indoor, im Bad eine herrliche Fußbodenheizung. Offenes, schönes Apartment

Der Fußboden in der Wohnung waren im Kontrast zur herrlichen Fußbodenheizung im Bad ziemlich kalt. Ein paar Schlapfen würden schon ausreichen, damit es wirklich fein ist (wir gehen nicht gern mit Schuhen in den Wohnraum)

Cet appartement penthouse en plein centre est une pépite

Cet appartement mérite une meilleure description, car c'est en fait une véritable pépite. La situation est parfaite, à 2 min à pied du parking payant, du grand supermarché Interspar, du chateau (et son superbe restaurant) et en plein centre historique où tout se fait à pied. Il est au 2e étage sans ascenseur, mais rien de difficile, et quand on y rentre, on a vraiment l'impression de rentrer dans une petite maison, avec son grand jardin terrasse sur lequel donnent pratiquement toutes les nombreuses fenêtres. Autrement dit, c'est un vrai penthouse, du jardin terrasse (qui fait bien 60 m2 avec 2 tables, et même un petit barbecue) on voit les petites ruelles éclairées en contrebas. Les immeubles alentours sont un peu de vis à vis certes, mais ils sont beaux et de toute façon on est en plein centre du village historique. Tous les équipements fonctionnent et sont de belle qualité, notre hôte Günther qui nous a reçus très facilement est très sympathique et prêt à aider, ce logement est tout simplement parfait pour une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants.

On pourrait facilement meubler cet appartement de façon plus luxueuse (tables, chaises d'intérieur et de terrasse, éclairage de la terrasse pour le soir etc), mais il serait plus cher... et ce serait tout à fait justifié.

bel appartement, bien situé

Bonne localisation, des parkings proches avec charge électrique (montforthaus/parking du spar) , proche toute commodité. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipée avec une belle terrasse. Je rajouterai juste un tapis de douche dans la salle de bain

Un peu d'agitation dans le quartier car il y a des bars d'ambiance autour de l'appartement. Mais il y avait un festival dans la ville ce week-end donc c'était peut être un peu plus agité qu'en temps normal.
