The hotel is in a great location. The standard rooms are small for two people, but the bed is comfortable.
When I booked through Booking.com, I requested an early check-in because we were arriving after a long flight with several layovers. The front desk didn’t have that information. We politely asked if they could prepare the room given our situation, and the woman told us she would call us when the room was ready. We went to eat. Two hours later, when we returned to the front desk, a different person greeted us and told us that our room was ready—but it was a completely different room number than the one the first person had given us. No one called us when the room was ready. There was a sewer smell in the room, even though it was on the 5th floor. Breakfast was good.

The location is unbeatable
It is not a hotel. It is a co-living. The room is small, not cosy and the hygiene wasn't the best. The room was smelling from the bathroom canal. There is no regular cleaning of the rooms. No room service. I have also received 10 emails for a 2-night booking. Horrible CRM.
