Lovely boutique hotel with all the amenities

Property was upscale and very nicely decorated. Breakfast selection was plentiful with some made to order options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails from the bar on the outdoor patio each evening before going to dinner. My husband enjoyed the steam room.

Nice hotel with a comfortable vibe

Very nice hotel in a good location, just next to the old port area where you can find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Not so far from the sea, but you have to walk or bike there 10-20 minutes. The hotel itself has all the amenities you'd need, the rooms are nice, the vibe is also very relaxed and everything works well.

It would be nice if the SPA center had another dry sauna as it only has one hammam, so when lots of people come, it can get busy.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Very nice facility.

The front desk personnel was very attentive and helpful and punctual…..however…..the bar staff and breakfast staff (same people) seemed to be bothered with. Not very friendly. Maybe because they don’t care to much for USA travelers. But it did not ruin our trip.

Excellent service from the hotel. Beautiful inside and so relaxing!! A particular thanks goes to the concierge Mathieu who organised so much for us for our stay to booking restaurant meals for us and a boat trip to the Calanques! Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotels jacuzzi and steam room were not working during our stay which was unfortunate but the hotel upgraded us to a Prestige room to compensate for this which didn't disappoint but I'd suggest that the hotel does ensure that all facilities are working so as to fulfil all customers expectations.

Pleasant, but there could be some improvements

The hotel was modern and spacious, it was also close to the port with a metro and bus station near by. The spa and pool looked great although I didn’t use it as I had a short stay. The breakfast is generous and the balcony in my room was beautiful.

The food wasn’t very good. My fried egg was overcooked and the pancakes weren’t well done. The chicken I had for dinner was flavourless. You are better off trying out the local restaurants littered near by. The kitchen/bar closes at 11pm. So if you’re a nocturnal type or plan on going out at night. You have to settle for junk from Deliveroo or UberEats. Also, the wifi was really slow, that was very jarring. I had to use my mobile data because of how unstable the wifi was.
