C2 hotel is in a nice location. Short walk to the harbor and many restaurants near by. Hotel bed is comfortable. AC and WiFi are working fine. Most of the hotel staff are nice. However, on lady staff in the reception on the morning of 7/11/2025 9am is very mean. When we stop by to ask direction for the boat tour to the islands, she gives attitude saying that you just book it on the website. When we explained that we don’t. Know how to book it on the website that’s why we came down to to ask for help, she shows attitude indicating that we are so dump. Then she shows a website with no reservations and tell us that we can not go there. Then we asked how to go to chateau if, then she says you can buy tickets at the harbor, but refuse to answer more questions. Then the male came with a map and show us how to buy two islands ticket and write down both island name on the map is and answered our questions nicely. The lady worker should not work in the hospitality industry if she just dislike tourist and give attitude. This experience completely ruined our experience for the day and the experiences in marseille and the c2 hotel. We will never stay in this hotel again and not sure if we will ever come back to marseille again since the people are so mean to the tourists.

Beautiful boutique hotel located within 5-10 minutes walk to old port area. It was a townhouse mansion converted into a 20 rooms tastefully with modern amenities, beautiful staircase and ceiling. The hotel is modern and nice place. The reception is too small for a 5 stars hotel even if the service is guaranted 24 h. The must serious thing that happened it has been to find the room’s door opened each day at our come back at the hotel x The door was left opened by the house keeping for two consecutive Times. The concierge apologize first but anything has happened the day after the same movie occured.. Very bad and not professional the decision to offer a simple drink at the bar!! Not to repeat!!It would be not safe to stay there..

I stayed here for two nights and honestly for the price I expected more. The room was clean but quite small. Sofiane was great and very helpful in ensuring I was well settled in. One of the let downs was breakfast; for €30 I expected way more. Usually in 5 star hotels there is an abundance of choice and items but here they only really had bread, some pastries and some meats. They offer to make you eggs how you want but to be honest that was the only thing that was freshly made and offered to me. I wish I had gone out for breakfast instead. The room was clean but could have been cleaner. The curtains were dirty and worn out. I expected a lot more amenities for a five star hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room was basic - I excepted a proper nespresso machine with different favours of coffee pods to choose from. Instead it was a dupe - again, for 5 star hotel I expected more. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels overall I found my stay very average and nothing that would stand out as a five star worthy hotel. Staff are friendly , location is good , but hotel is definitely not 5 star.

I stayed at C2 for 3 nites. Upon checking in there some excellent attributes. A large clean space, an easy check in process, a beautiful pool on the -1 level (although the jacuzzi did not work), and finally our room. Large and modern (15’ ceilings!), we thought we hit the jackpot. After unpacking we noticed the flies. My wife killed at least six of them on the first night. We complained bitterly the next morning and were assured that the prowl’s be taken care of. We returned that night only to discover that be flies remained and we killed another half dozen or so. The following morning we were beside ourselves and le the manager have it. We got back later that evening and were assigned a different room. A broken shower door and an AC unit that didn’t always work, but NO FLIES. For that we were grateful. All in all a lovely hotel that has some infrastructure work that needs to be worked on. Has the potential to be a 5 star property.

C2 was a lovely hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful and the room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was luxurious. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have found in France and was full of fresh, delicious choices. You can easily walk over to La Opera/the Old Port for tons of dining options, and it's about a 15min walk to Notre Dame. The hotel was a little tricky to find on a smallish back street, and if you have a car you need to pull over on a narrow road to unload before they valet the car. The parking garage where they keep the cars is right on the corner near the hotel, so retrieving your car is super easy. We were in France for 10 days and stayed in 5 different hotels--this was a favorite!

What a gem! We didn’t know much about Marseilles before we arrived. C2 was a great home base. The staff were incredible and the rooms were so cleans and nice. Coming from Paris, our room felt enormous and so cool with the controllable AC. The hotel is a walk from the waterfront outside the pier but it felt convenient enough. Would definitely stay again!

This boutique hotel is perfectly situated, with a lovely staff. The room was comfortable, with a modern design, and there were three of us in it. Great shower, free water, coffee, tea. We had a car, valet parking was quick and easy. We hope to return for a longer stay. Thank you to the incredible staff.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Every single staff member was very kind and attentive. Whenever we asked for water or towels for the beach the hotel was more than accommodating. The front desk always willing to answer any questions we had. The rooms were very clean and maintained well. Also breakfast is a must!!! They had every option we could have wanted. If we ever make our way back to Marseille this is definitely where we will be staying.
