This stay was annoying. They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. The woman and french guy were very nice. The other two said things like "nope, dont have towels" and thats it. Or "this is a hotel not a hostel" when i told them there was no water. I hope their customer service comes back to them. It was a bit hot in the rooms, but it was okay for a hostel. They turned off the lights in the common room while we were all hanging out out at 12 midnight. It just sucked. I went to an aparthotel that was the same price near Chartreax, so its not even that cheap.

I wish I could have cooked something in a pot or a pan. Someone stole the fruits I had put on the shelf in the kitchen. Otherwise the place is great, the staff is very helpfull and professional.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Very clean. The communal area does not have an oven. The rooms were good. Although I had a bad experience with other people in the hostel. For the most part they’re all very friendly. Although someone stole over €500 worth of items from my bag whilst in the communal area. Food is stolen every day from the fridges. This is not a reflection on the hostel just the people there at the time.

Nice newly renovated hostel in central location. Dorms are very spacious modern and clean. Decent breakfast. Kitchen is not great and there is no space in the fridge, its too small. No food labeling so it can go missing or sit there indefinitely.There is no common area but theres a bar however it was closed and lights were off during a public holiday. Wifi is good but doesnt reach the dorms. Some staff members are moody and slightly rude at times but most are nice.

When i arrived the girl ath the reception told to me i should wait her collegue. She wasn*t busy with other guests ahe just don*t want to do check-in becouse her shift finished. Me and other guest waited 15 min - which is not a big deal but still strange. When man finally come he didn*t explain where is my room and what means number at the key. When i comeback to ask him where is shower at the floor he looked at me as i am the stupiest person at the planet i asked: what is your name? also i asked to give upper bed but of cousre no

It’s a short walk from Vieux Port and the Metro (that conveniently connects to Gare De Marseille Saint Charles) The rooms had a locker right next to the bed that was very convenient. There were 2 showers in the room I stayed in so that was also nice. Free (simple) breakfast was a plus. The WiFi connection is not good so if you rely heavily on WiFi for work or your life- i’d chose a different place.I wish they separated the dorms by gender but I had no problems.

Incredibly stinky (male) roommate assigned to what was supposed to be a female only shared room. Took hours for staff to rectify situation. Eventually I was moved to a different room. The rooms (both) were quite nice. They were clean & comfortable and best of all- each shared room has it's own bathroom & shower.
