The location of this condo at A Place at the Beach III is just right! The first-floor, 2 bedroom-2 bath unit is nicely decorated, has an open living area, beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony that is accessible from both the Master bedroom and living room. The condo sleeps 6 people with one queen, 1 full/double, 1 twin and a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and is stocked with all your basic items to making cooking a breeze. The warm sand is just steps away, giving you more time to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A Place at the Beach III provides guests with easy beach access, sparkling pools, picnic and grilling area and laundry facilities on site.
Additional features include three oversized TV's and free wi-fi. There is only ONE parking spaces per unit.

We often stay in the same complex as this one when we come to the beach. This condo has been updated and is very nice! We enjoyed our stay!

Condo picture's r spot on. Very clean & was available for check in early that day. Loved the keyless entry!! Night life,restaurants,shopping all close walk ir short drive away.
