Location was great! Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups.
Condo was not very clean, found baby bottles and other things under beds. Ceiling fans were nasty. Faucets in both bathrooms leaked bad when turned on. No elevator. No laundry inside condo, had to go from 3rd floor to 1st floor for each load of laundry. Needed more plastic plates, bowls and cups for children. The condo was too dark (paneling). I think some light colored paint would do so much for brightness throughout the condo.

Location/condo community was great. Love the view and access to the beach and ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Twin beds were comfortable.
Unit interior was run-down and dated. Patio doors are broken. Hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Dresser drawer fell apart when I pulled to open it.
