This condo features two bedrooms two full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with new stove,dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Complimentary WiFi and Flat screen TV with DVD player included. Coin operated laundry facility open 24 hours is located on the first floor. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and picnic area located between building 1 and 2 featuring brand new grills.

A Place at the Beach III is a short driving distance from Tanger Outlets and several golf courses. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are great places for the entire family to spend the day shopping and dining at several of their great restaurants. Our family has been visiting this condo for years. We always have a wonderful time. The location is awesome! It's always clean and the owner is very responsive with any questions or problems.

This is a nice little place. Out the door, down the steps and you're right on the beach. The back of Ocean Annie's beach Bar is facing the belcony, so you can listen to the different bands all day and evening or just a few steps away you can go over to the bar. There is no elevator but wasn't too much of a problem. The Host is very pleasant. All in all I will go there again.

Ok, good view! Condo could be brighter & updated-flooring was nice. Master bathroom very small. Missing toilet paper roller in main bathroom. Couldn’t get TV’s to work-no signal….
