1BDR Sunny Terrace Apartment

The apartment had everything stated. It was smaller in the bedroom than the pictures showed. Had trouble with the door, which Tom tried to fix, and managed for the duration. The patio door had no handle and my husband had to man-handle when we wanted it open, Bed was great, and patio was sunny and nice.

Comfortable apartment, spacious and well equipped for a family of 4 people. It's a 3 min walk away from the ocean, 10 mins walk from mini-market and 10 mins drive from Lidl. Many good restaurants in the area. Costa de Adeje is a 20 mins drive away and it has plenty of activities and beaches to enjoy with your family. We recommend buying tickets to the Medieval Castel of San Miguel show, which is only 15 mins drive away and is amazing! We were very happy with the apartment and it's location, the South of Tenerife is the best place to stay when visiting the island. Make sure to rent a car to get around easily, it's super worth the money.

La struttura dispone di ottimi servizi per una lunga vacanza: ha un'ottima lavatrice, un'altrettanto ottima lavastoglie, una grande TV, piano induzione e forno a microonde efficienti. L'host è stato molto chiaro nel fornire le indicazioni per il check-in e il check-out.

L'assenza di un climatizzatore rende la casa inaccogliente, poiché l'esposizione a sud fa accumulare all'interno una grande quantità di calore. Durante la nostra permanenza, risultava inoltre impossibile aprire la finestra della camera da letto perché non esisteva un metodo per fissarne l'apertura. Abbiamo dovuto tenerla su improvvisando un'impalcatura fatta da un piccolo tavolino e un ombrellone da spiaggia, architettura resa ancora più difficile dal fatto che la finestra era fissata soltanto in uno dei 3 perni che le permettevano di ruotare. Altro aspetto negativo è la posizione: la zona non offre quasi nulla, se non un piccolo supermarket e uno o due ristoranti. Non c'è un centro, non c'è la spiaggia, non c'è praticamente nulla. Sconsiglio fortemente di alloggiare qui senza un mezzo di trasporto.
