Sauberkeit, Lage und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber

Parkplätze sehr beschränkt da einfach zu viele Gäste in der Gegend parken.

Excellent spot, spacious, quiet area but walking distance from lots of restaurants and there is a supermarket and bar/restaurant very close by. Highlight is its proximity to the cliff walk which goes on for miles, in one direction towards the village of Los Abrigos and the other towards the tracks and trails (great for hiking and biking) leading to Montana Amarilla/Costa Del Silencio. Loved the balcony area too which has a BBQ. Hosts are very responsive but not intrusive,

Lack of a freezer.

We stayed as a group of three. The area is quiet but it’s a good location if you enjoy walking, and plenty restaurants and bars nearby and in San Blas which is around a 25 minute walk along the coastal path. Bus stop to Los Cristianos etc. and up to a larger Mercado was about a ten minute walk, inexpensive and easy to navigate. Hipperdino close to apartments for essentials. Apartment had everything we needed (apart from a freezer/freezer box) and was easy to find. Plenty of towels provided for apartment and pool use.

Apartment misses not having a freezer. If you do not know the area then an information booklet would prove useful. Patio furniture on the balcony, off the living room, could do with being replaced (no cushions, two seater cracked so unable to use).

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr modern und wir haben uns direkt vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sonnenaufgang morgens auf dem Balkon war wunderschön auf der einen Seite das Meer zu sehen und auf der anderen Seite den Teide.

Von aussen könnte die Fassade ein bisschen aufgefrischt werden und vielleicht eine neue Fußmatte.
